Ewan Duncan

A graduate of Edinburgh University (Jt Hons Mathematics and Statistics), Ewan Commissioned into the Royal Marines where he served for 10 years before transferring to the Army Intelligence Corps in order to further his career in Intelligence and Security.

Ewan served for 30 years in total and served extensively on both Counter Terrorist and conventional operational deployments/commitments around the world. He retired as a Brigadier and Head of Army Intelligence.

Subsequently, Ewan established and operated a global Corporate Security & Intelligence function for British American Tobacco. He has worked as an independent security consultant. For the past three years, he has fulfilled the role of Group Head of Security for Associated British Ports (the UK’s largest Port Operator) with responsibility for addressing a range of security threats to Cruise Ships, Cargo movement as well as Port Security (ISPS and UK Regulations).

He presently a Defense Adviser and Middle East Specialist Operations Manager with The Global Management Consultancy firm, Kearney.
